Alan Carlson, Phil Caspers, J. Derek Vandenburgh, and Timothy Lindquist set out to establish their own law firm with a focus area on patent and high tech litigation. The start up firm partnered with Shea on development ideas.

Shea worked with the group to design office space for the firm. In addition, Shea worked with the group to establish an identity, business systems and web site to support the announcement of the new firm.

The systems developed by Shea have helped the new firm  communicate effectively with  industry colleagues, clients, potential clients and the general business community.
