Shea was introduced to the Morton's team during their entrance into the Minneapolis market. At the time, the growing company had less than one dozen units. Since then, Shea has partnered with the Morton's group to design and develop nearly 40 of their restaurants worldwide.

Shea provides full design and documentation services including architectural, mechanical, electrical and structural.  Other services involve assisting with construction administration, field verification and site inspections, city review, and obtaining planning/zoning and conditional use permits.
